Delivery is performed Mon-Fri / 0900-1700 as standard. Saturday Delivery is optional at Checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed after 14:30 on a Friday cannot qualify for Saturday delivery.
You can opt to ‘Leave My Order Safe’ at point of checkout, meaning you don’t have to be home to sign for the goods. This is beholden to your property being s
uitable to leave your order safely, for example on a driveway. Your order cannot be left safe on a public pathway without a signature.

If your delivery is made and you’re not home, or the order cannot be left safe - you will be liable for re-delivery that is typically re-routed the following working day, subject to access and likelihood of delivery outcome.
